When a notification is sent through the intercom, and the application is opened with the notifications center icon clicked, the notification does not appear in the notifications list. what’s the issue?

The notifications center icon only shows notifications sent via the dashboard and not notifications sent via the intercom.
Intercom notifications are visible outside the application, and have no history saved within the application
