What dose error mean at the checkout screen? (AUTHENTICAION_ATTEMPTED)

 This error means that there was an issue with the authentication from the issuer bank of the customer, and merchant needs to ask the customer to contact his issuer bank to check the reason for this. 
This issue is not from MyFatoorah side.
