I am trying to refund the subscription but I get this error “Insufficient Balance for Supplier”, what’s the issue?

This happens when you don't have enough balance in your MyFatoorah Account. 

You can check the availble balance via https://dashboard.yumealz.com/my-fatoorah/ and check the field 'Available for transfer balance' before you make the refund to avoid this issue

Additional Info 
If your tranfer frequency is daily this means you will receive a transfer every Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday.  

Sunday => You will receive a Deposit for the orders that were 
purchased on Thursday & Friday & Saturday, 

Tuesday => You will receive a Deposit for the orders that were 
purchased on Sunday & Monday,

Thursday => You will receive a Deposit for the orders that were 
purchased on Tuesday & Wednesday.

All the amounts paid since the last Deposit are available for you to use for refunds until the next Deposit.
