How does the “start after” value affects the change window?

If the start after is = 0
You would still be able to apply changes on the order until the end of the same day

If the start after is = 1
You would be able to apply changes on the order 1 day earlier 
Example: you’ll be able to make changes on monday until the end of sunday

If the start after is = 2
You would be able to apply changes on the order 2 days earlier 
Example: you’ll be able to make changes on monday until the end of saturday

If the start after is = 3
You would be able to apply changes on the order 3 days earlier 
Example: you’ll be able to make changes on monday until the end of friday


If the start after is = 4
You would be able to apply changes on the order 4 days earlier 
Example: you’ll be able to make changes on monday until the end of thursday
