How can I change customer information in the portal?

Go to the portal --> Go to Subscriptions -->  Customer Profiles --> Select the desired customer --> click on "user info" --> Choose "Edit Customer Info" button. 

Following these steps you will be able to change the customer information(e.g.name,email,phone number)
